Bakwan Jagung

Bakwan Jagung (Indonesian Corn Fritter) is a very popular bites or side dish across Indonesia, it is an original Indonesian side dish. Each region in Indonesia has its own names, some call it perkedel jagung, dadar jagung, but the most popular name is bakwan jagung. It is a type of side dish with main ingredients of corn kernel, egg mixed with batter, then fried. Some people like to add chilli to the mixture. It has crispy texture and it is a recommended side dish to accompany rice menu, or you can eat it on its own with warm tea or coffee.
