Engagement Party of Benjamin & Jutta

Benjamin and Jutta approached us to provide catering for their engagement party. They would like to serve savoury snacks for the guests and require several gluten free type of food for some of their guests, which totalled up to 120 people. So we cracked our head and finally proposed several types of dishes, mix of Indonesian and Western snacks.
A tasting day was arranged two weeks prior to the main event date, and both confirmed their food selection, as follows:
Non Gluten Free: Lumpia, Martabak, Kroket and Avocado Tart
Gluten Free: Getuk, Perkedel, Sweet Potato Wedges and Sticky Squash.
The guests loved the food very much, every new tray came out was quickly "cleaned". Was quite a busy day.
